[LTA-ITCD] SOLUTION ARCHITECT, Singapore

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design and oversee the implementation of complex IT solutions on Cloud. The ideal candidate shall possess strong technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the overall IT strategy. You will play a pivotal role in ICT projects, ensuring the team operates efficiently, and delivering high-quality products. You will work closely with Product Owners, vendors/development teams, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative environment.

• Design and create architectural documentation and provide guidance to development teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance system capabilities and performance
• Ensure seamless integration of applications, platforms, and third‑party services
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IM8 clauses and implementation)

• Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Proven experience (> 5 years) in systems or application architecture design and development, with a focus on security and compliance in large-scale enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Cloud system architecting and design
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficiency in security best practices and compliance standards
• Experience and knowledge on Government Commercial Cloud
• Knowledge of Enterprise application and software
• Experience in data/system migration is a plus
• Experience with microservices architecture, Low Code/No Code APIs is a plus
• Strong problem-solution and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
