We are a real estate agency based in Singapore, specializing in serving overseas companies and new immigrant professionals. We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you have a keen interest in Singapore real estate, possess patience, and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle Customer Inquiries: Greet and assist clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate property recommendations. 2. Arrange Property Viewings: Organize and schedule property viewings to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for clients. 3. Assist with Handover, Move-In, and Move-Out Procedures: Support clients through the handover, move-in, and move-out processes, offering necessary guidance and assistance. 4. Draft Relevant Contracts: Prepare lease and sales contracts as per company requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 5. Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and service contracts. 6. Support the management and company in any other adhoc administrative tasks

Bilingual: Many of our customers came from China, so speaking and writing in Chinese is essential in this position.
