HJ Logistics Distribution & Invoicing Expert
will gain deep understanding of the whole High Jewelry value chain, from manufacturing, headquarters merchandising and distribution, local merchandising up to local deliveries and activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Bridge the Headquarter and Local Market needs and necessities: Define and track 'Lead Time' and 'Cost' metrics. Coordinate with HQ and Local Logistics to identify delays in PR approval, transfer and customs clearance. Optimize 'procurement' lead time for High Jewelry pieces, reducing the time from Product Request approval (Creation and Confirmation Date) to store arrival (Effective Delivery Date) to 'Available for Sale' Support and first-hand experience in preparing and operating an intra countries Trunk Show. Transportation RQ & Cost-Optimization Tool: Collaborate in designing and building of a 'procurement' framework on freight forwarders and last-mile couriers. Execute a Request for Quotation (RQ) for regional transportation services to support the possible best solution in transportation costs (import and last mile deliveries) and service level. Expand HQ's invoices check, monitoring and cost analysis for all shipments incoming and local transfers. Cost optimization tool. Supply Chain Immersion with special focus on Distribution Planning: Understand the different divisions of SAO Supply Chain: Customer Service, Inventory Logistics and Distribution Planning. Shadow the Distribution Plan team to understand the 'Bottom-Up' forecasting & feedback vs. Headquarters' 'Top-Down' approach, with a particular focus on stock rebalancing procedures. PROFILE Minimum Diploma preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain/Business Administration Knowledge of the order management procedures Knowledge of the main product category, geographical areas, distribution channels Knowledge of KPI calculation and reporting IT applications (SAP/Hana, MS Office) Minimum 5 years in Customer Service field Bulgari is an equal opportunity employer.
