The Senior Manager or Associate Director of Non-Product Commodity Management for Logistics category will support the APAC region. In this role you will shape and execute the overall APAC logistics strategy as part of RTX Corporate Global/International (APAC & EMEA) logistics team, driving strategic sourcing across air, road, ocean freight, third‑party logistics, network design, warehousing, and data analytics.

• Lead the APAC logistics category, including spend visibility and analytics, while integrating requirements from multiple business units and executing annual sourcing strategies at the APAC or country level.
• Drive strategic supplier management: negotiate, manage performance and develop capability across logistics partners.
• Develop and implement roadmaps aligned with enterprise and global objectives, tailored to APAC business unit needs in heavy air freight, parcel, ocean, customs brokerage, warehousing, network optimization, freight bill audit and payment, transport management systems, automation, innovation, and analytics.
• Establish measurable goals and improvement targets across all RTX APAC sites, delivering projects, service improvements, and sustainable cost savings.
• Lead regional APAC RFPs/RFQs, support end‑to‑end contract management, and oversee supplier onboarding and roll‑out across multiple countries.
• Drive logistics initiatives using Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE) methodologies to ensure consistency.
• Develop strategic relationships with logistics providers to optimize capacity, service, and cost.
• Evaluate emerging logistics technologies and assess regional capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation across RTX APAC operations.

• Influence and drive change across multiple businesses, functions and geographies.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of logistics and sourcing professionals across diverse business units.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a key liaison between logistics, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership.
• Support assigned country non‑product councils within APAC.

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

This role reports to the Director, RTX Corporate International Non‑Product Supply Chain (APAC & EMEA) and has a dotted‑line report to the Global Category leader for Logistics.
