Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of
massages, facials, body treatments, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and exfoliation services
tailored to client needs and preferences.
2 Greet and welcome guests , inform them about spa packages, promotions, and rates, and guide them through service offerings.
2 Assess client needs
by taking detailed histories, evaluating areas of tension or discomfort, and adjusting techniques during treatments.
2 Maintain client records
of treatments, preferences, and any health conditions.
1 Recommend additional spa services and products
to enhance client experience and promote sales.
2 Ensure cleanliness and sanitation
of treatment rooms, equipment, and instruments before and after each session.
2 Resolve guest complaints
professionally and report any incidents to supervisors.
1 Promote a relaxing and safe environment , frequently checking in with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
1 4 Sources Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional massage therapy license
or relevant certification depending on location.
1 Experience in spa or hospitality services , preferably in luxury or upscale spa environments.
1 Strong
customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
to understand client needs and provide a personalized experience.
1 Knowledge of
various massage techniques, wellness therapies, and spa products .
2 Ability to
multitask, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism
in a fast-paced environment.
1 Physical ability to
lift up to 75 pounds
and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
