Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior Customer Service Executive to support our clients and internal teams in Singapore. Fresh graduates and candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAp Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution Maintain customer records and support logs Support onboarding and basic user training when required Prepare simple reports and documentation Maintain professional and positive communication with clients Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field 0-2 years of experience in customer service or support role Good communication skills in English, speaking Mandarin is an advantage Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team
