Job Summary Provide professional beauty services including facial treatments, skin analysis, hair removal, and body care. Recommend suitable beauty packages and products based on customer needs. Maintain high customer service standards and support daily salon operations. Responsibilities Deliver facial treatments, skin analysis, hair removal, and basic body care services to meet customer needs Recommend appropriate beauty packages and products based on customers' skin conditions and preferences Maintain strong customer relationships by providing attentive and professional service Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms and beauty equipment before and after each session to ensure hygiene standards Keep the workplace clean and hygienic according to company policies Assist with scheduling appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Support daily salon operations and perform additional related duties as assigned Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in beauty treatment or salon operations Ability to perform facial, skincare, and other beauty-related services independently Sales orientation with the ability to recommend services and products effectively Good communication skills for customer interaction Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required Positive attitude, professional appearance, and responsible work ethic
