Designer & Web Strategist, Singapore

• Social Media Channels: Design and develop visually compelling WeChat creatives (e.g. WeChat Account posts) that align brand guidelines and resonate with Chinese audiences.
• Landing Pages: Create and optimize campaign landing pages, ensuring they are production‑ready with design specifications and best‑practice layouts.
• UX Research: Conduct rapid UX research (user interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis) to inform UX decisions. Leverage analytics to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.

• CMS Management: Implement responsive designs and manage content updates within CMS platforms, streamlining workflows and reducing developer rework.
• Quality Assurance: Test and debug digital assets across browsers, devices, and platforms to ensure a consistent, high‑quality user experience.
• A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for landing pages, WeChat marketing materials, and other digital assets to drive conversion optimization and user engagement.

• Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with marketing teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.
• Liaise with engineers and developers: Collaborate with engineering teams and CMS developers to identify and report bugs, propose improvements, and maintain the technical quality of digital channels.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web design and front‑end development, with a portfolio showcasing both.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive frameworks).
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with UX research methodologies and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
