Design Senior / Engineer (PCB), Singapore

Overview We are seeking a Technology Development Design Senior / Engineer to support product design, manufacturability improvement, and engineering activities within the semiconductor / PCB manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and manage related system registrations.
Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support customer technical requirements.
Prepare and manage product specification drawings and approvals.
Support first article development and high-volume manufacturing activities.
Conduct design reviews and continuous improvement activities such as DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
Coordinate technical discussions with customers and vendors.
Manage CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA tools and engineering workstations.
Support simulation integration and technology trend studies.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Microelectronics, or related Engineering discipline.
Experience in semiconductor post-processing or PCB manufacturing/design is preferred.
Hands‑on experience with CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA tools such as Cadence Allegro, AutoCAD, ANSYS HFSS, or related tools.
Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes such as etching, plating, drilling, lamination, AOI, impedance control, and LDI is advantageous.
