Responsibilities
1. IT Helpdesk and Technical Support Provide first-level helpdesk support to staff for issues related to computers, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues escalate unresolved matters to the appointed IT vendor. Set up and configure desktops, laptops, peripherals, and required software, including access rights and security levels. Administer user accounts (e.g., email, Windows, Slack, etc) Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including computers, laptops, servers, UPS, and peripherals, along with purchase and warranty records. Provide basic user guidance and updates on software applications where necessary. Participate in IT Committee monthly meetings. Update the Reporting Officer on technical issues, system status, and ongoing IT matters.
2. Administrative and Operational Support Printing of weekly Sunday Service bulletin. Manage procurement, ordering, and replenishment of office equipment, stationery and supplies. Maintain inventory and tagging systems for office assets, including master keys and furniture. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for staff, including issuance/return of IT equipment, access cards, keys, and system accounts. Support budgeting processes by consolidating annual CAPEX proposals and sourcing vendors within approved budgets. Propose and manage supplementary budget requirements for office, IT, and audio-visual equipment. 3. Other
duties as assigned by Reporting Officer. Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or office administration. Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user account administration. Strong organisational and administrative skills, including inventory management, procurement coordination, and vendor liaison. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independent. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is advantage.
