Develop and deploy targeted partner initiatives tied to demand cycles and key commercial periods to improve transaction volume and conversion outcomes. Manage ongoing partner engagement to increase participation levels, ensure consistent brand representation, and strengthen long-term collaboration value. Review sales contribution and traffic behaviour on a continuous basis, using performance signals to refine partner selection and improve overall channel efficiency. Requirements: Degree in

or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in managing external partner or publisher channels within an
online retail or consumer-focused business, ideally related to apparel, lifestyle, or adjacent categories. Practical exposure to partner tracking or payout systems (e.g.
Impact, Awin, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate ), with the ability to navigate reporting, partner setup, and performance review. Commercially aware and analytically inclined, able to interpret sales trends and partner behaviour to support revenue growth and channel optimisation.
