Media & Digital Assistant Intern (Jul - Dec ), Singapore

As a Media & Digital Assistant you will support the Media & Digital function by ensuring the quality execution of media campaigns and data collection for performance learning.

• Implement and support media & digital initiatives for SG, MY and VN markets.
• Coordinate with local media agencies and creative agencies on daily operations to ensure timely and quality executions of media campaigns.
• Curate and circulate creative assets to creative agencies, landlords and media owners.
• Liaise with regional counterparts to facilitate campaign execution discussions, including creative validation once media plans are approved.
• Consolidate documents into HQ templates for different markets (e.g., OOH and content approval forms).
• Compile launch and post‑campaign reports from media agencies, landlords and vendors for submission to REG and HQ for performance analysis.
• Run data reports in Google Analytics and/or internal dashboards for media performance analysis.
• Coordinate Vietnamese copy translation and proofreading with translation and PR agencies.
• Assist with media‑related administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and conducting GRs in a timely manner, reconciling billing issues, etc.

• First experience in the retail industry in marketing or communications.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Strong collaboration skills across departments and with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and internal dashboard tools.
• Experience managing media campaigns and working with media agencies.
