Diploma in a relevant field . Relevant HR experience preferred . Good stakeholder management skills . Proficient in MS Office Key Responsibilities Casual Hiring . Liaise with hiring divisions & agencies . Track hiring requests . Support onboarding & offboarding . Monitor contract expiry . Verify monthly billing Recruitment & Contract Management . Support job postings, shortlisting & interview coordination . Administer tests & follow up on documents . Track employee contracts . Support offboarding processes Performance Management & Awards . Assist with logistics & administration . Prepare email communications . Coordinate inputs from stakeholders . Support meetings Others .
