Director/VP of Capital solutions, Singapore

Participate in building capital development strategies and financing roadmap for major projects Develop project finance, acquisition finance, structured debt, and capital market solutions across regional and international markets. Establish an optimal debt structure and borrowing capacity Establish a financial risk management strategy and develop a credit management framework Develop banking partner channels Develop international financial institution channels Implement loan transactions, credit transactions, and debt capital market transactions
Relevant Education & Experience:
Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, International Affairs, Public Relations, Media and Communications CFA, ACCA, CIR is an advantage 8-12+ years in investment banking (DCM/structured finance), project finance, or corporate treasury within large corporations. Having experience in Energy power / renewables / infrastructure / utilities / transportation is advantageous Able to analyze financial statements, solid understanding of corporate finance Solid financial modeling skills, able to review and build financial models. Proven execution track record in cross-border debt transactions. Established relationships across regional/global banks and institutional lenders. Strategic mindset with strong execution capability in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
