Manager, Marketing Communications (Revenue), Singapore

Responsibilities: Oversee the Revenue team to achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and effective execution. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key advertisers and event organizers to increase sales opportunities. Manage booking schedules for various assets and exhibitors to optimize occupancy rates and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of bookings, revenue reports, and license agreements while tracking monthly sales performance. Develop and manage annual revenue budgets and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) while monitoring team correspondence with clients and sponsors. Lead and motivate the Events & Sponsorship team, ensuring targets are met and administrative processes are followed. Represent the company professionally and train team members for career advancement. Execute comprehensive campaign planning and manage customer loyalty programs to increase footfall and revenue.
Requirements: Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Strong ability to work independently and recognize customer needs to resolve issues. Competent in interpreting business materials and drafting reports, proposals, and presentations. Proficient in complex numerical analysis, financial statements, and budget management. Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate varied situations with limited standardization. Excellent negotiation skills to maximize benefits for clients and stakeholders. Strong managerial skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals in various settings. Proficiency in sales and presentation software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Open to learning new software and technologies as required.
