Sea Freight Operations (Senior Executive) Salary Range: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 CT Freight (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. Good advancement opportunity for those looking to make freight forwarding their career.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and handle order processing and servicing 2. Foster growth in client relationships 3. Provide accurate quotations based on understanding of client and office tariffs 4. Oversee end-to-end operations for freight bookings, transportation arrangement, including document handling and creation 5. Communicate effectively with agents, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the shipment process 6. Coordinate internal communications between offices/clients on shipments 7. Utilize CargoWise for file creation and management 8. Handle client invoicing and reconcile vendor invoices 9. Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process (CargoWise) 10. Ensure adherence to shipping processes 11. Understand and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics 2. General understanding of Imports, Exports, Warehousing, Customs, and Rates 3. Proficiency in Sea Freight operations, including Importing, Exporting, and Cross Trades 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook 5. Ability to use the internet for research and understanding 6. Familiarity with CargoWise preferred Personal Attributes: 1.
