Tender Manager (Civil), Construction Industry, Singapore

Lead and manage the tenders team in preparing and submitting tenders for Civil Infrastructure and LTA/Governmental projects. Oversee pricing, risk assessment, and tender strategies to ensure accurate, competitive, and compliant submissions. Develop and mentor Junior, Executive, and Senior QS team members to strengthen team capability and performance. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address tender clarifications and technical queries. Monitor the tender pipeline, track forecasts, and report on tender performance and outcomes. Requirements: Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering or QS discipline Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects.
