At M&G Aesthetics, we don't just perform treatments - we hold space for transformation. As a Wellness Consultant, you will be part of a team that has spent over four decades supporting women through some of the most significant seasons of their lives: pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the quiet, often invisible work of caring for their own wellbeing. We are looking for a Wellness Consultant who is equal parts people person and problem solver. This is a hybrid role - you will be the face of the centre for our clients, while also supporting the daily operations that keep everything running smoothly. Consultation and customer service are your core focus, with the opportunity to grow into a broader management scope over time. No hands-on treatment experience is required. Full product and treatment knowledge training will be provided. What You'll Be Doing Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate wellness programmes based on individual needs Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and programme value - helping them make confident, informed decisions Deliver warm, professional customer service at every touchpoint - from first enquiry to follow-up Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to check on their progress, encourage booking continuity, and strengthen long-term loyalty Track client treatment history and flag when clients are due for follow-up or programme renewal What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Prior experience in aesthetics, wellness, or a client-facing service role is an advantage Strong communication and consultation skills - you listen well and make people feel at ease Sales-minded with integrity - results-driven without being pushy Positive, uplifting team player who brings good energy to the workplace Organised, proactive, and reliable with the ability to work independently Comfortable working weekends as part of your regular schedule What We Offer Competitive base salary with commission Full treatment and product knowledge training Supportive, women-led team culture Clear growth path toward operations and management for the right candidate Think you're the one Send your CV and a short introduction to tell us a little about why this role speaks to you.
