Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a (Senior) Sales and Marketing Executive at SEVENTY2. We are looking for highly motivated and confident individual who is interested to develop a sales career in the events industry. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth. Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and qualify high-potential leads that align with SEVENTY2's strengths and growth strategy. Lead the end-to-end pitch process - from brief interpretation to proposal development and client presentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Track and analyse pipeline performance to optimise win rates and market positioning. Marketing & Communications Execute a marketing plan to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Execute content strategy and social media management for SEVENTY2 and other relevant channels Manage participation in relevant industry awards, conferences, and PR opportunities. Collaborate with the Design and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with HOD to align sales and marketing goals with business strategy. Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years of proven sales track record, preferably in the MICE industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong sales presentation, interpersonal, communication skills with client-service orientation Competitive and results driven Adaptive, resourceful and possess strong sales follow-up skills Possess good planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills
