SGD 2.8k–3.5k + CPF/month (based on experience)
Trident Digital is looking for a Social Media Strategist (Junior) to join our team. This role is for someone who understands social media and content and wants to grow into a strategist. You'll be working closely with the founder and team, learning how to plan content, think strategically, and work directly with clients. You won't just be posting content—you'll learn how content drives real business results. Fast learners who perform well will be given more ownership quickly.
What You'll Be Doing Content & Strategy (Guided) Support content planning for clients (Instagram, Facebook mainly) Learn how to turn client goals into content ideas Keep content relevant and aligned with trends Review content performance and suggest improvements Client Exposure Join client calls and discussions Support in presenting ideas and content directions Assist during filming when needed Help keep projects moving and organised Team Collaboration Work with designers and video editors Help review content and give feedback Ensure content stays consistent and on-brand Planning & Execution Track timelines and deliverables Follow up with team members when needed Spot issues early and flag them
What We're Looking For Must-haves: Interest in social media, content, or marketing Good understanding of how social media works (especially Instagram) Comfortable communicating with people Responsible and able to follow through on tasks Willing to learn and take feedback Open to: Fresh grads or candidates with 1–2 years experience Entry-level candidates with strong attitude, willingness to learn, and good thinking skills Career switchers with strong interest in content/social Nice to have (not required): Able to speak Chinese (to support Chinese content when needed) Experience with content creation or editing Familiar with service-based industries
