Description Play a key role in supporting operations across quality audits, procurement, and administrative functions within a dynamic healthcare environment. You will oversee SOP updates, purchasing and inventory management (including regional facilities), and medical logistics while driving cost-efficiency initiatives. This role involves managing supplier relationships, including annual and critical reviews, as well as supplier requalification processes across departments. You will also coordinate mail distribution, courier services, and daily deliveries, while ensuring smooth office operations through effective management of supplies, equipment, and facilities. Additionally, you will handle administrative systems (NAV/BC), monitor budget versus expenses, support telco and device management, and coordinate with vendors for services such as cleaning and facility maintenance. This is a cross-functional role offering exposure to both operational and facility management responsibilities.
