Responsibilities

Drive seller adoption and investment across a diverse portfolio of advertising solutions, allowing sellers to funnel high‑quality traffic to their shops.
Own setting, adjusting, and reporting key performance metrics on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.
Strategic partnership management: collaborate directly with partners like Meta and Google to co‑develop and innovate product features that elevate seller performance and experience, and execute high‑stakes JBPs to align long‑term goals.
Data‑driven growth initiatives: identify untapped opportunities and implement growth initiatives through data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market trend monitoring; collaborate with Marketing Analytics and other teams to build and refine analytics tools and modeling methodologies.
Stakeholder management: partner with local teams across SEA, TW and BR to secure buy‑in for regional initiatives, and translate complex performance metrics and technical details into compelling strategic frameworks and narratives for senior stakeholders.
