Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing and Growth Associate to support the execution of product, marketing, and sales initiatives that drive business growth and deepen community engagement. This role requires a proactive professional who transforms data into actionable insights, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports brand ecosystem development. Responsibilities Analyze marketing and sales data to generate insights that inform team decision-making and optimize campaign performance Lead/Support the execution of marketing and commercial campaigns across product marketing, sales, promotions, loyalty programs, and partnerships to achieve growth targets Collaborate with operations and production teams to coordinate product rollouts and restocking, ensuring seamless market delivery Support product development and manage collaborations and partnerships to build and expand the brand ecosystem strategically Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and business objectives Required competencies 3+ years of experience in commercial operations, marketing, or business management, preferably within retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands Proven ability to apply data-driven insights to marketing and business decisions Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives concurrently Self-motivated, hands-on approach with a detail-oriented mindset Passion for sustainability, mindful living, and alignment with Rough Beauty's mission
