KeyResponsibilities : Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of products Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling and performancemanagement Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse activities Requirements: Minimum GCE 'O' level, or at least minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in warehousing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively organising and managing warehouse workflows Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Link to The Business Time Articles about Markono
