GOLF COACH IN TRAINING, Singapore

The Coach in Training (CIT) role is a developmental position designed for aspiring coaches who want to build a career as a Certified Personal Coach at GOLFTEC. Through the GOLFTEC University training program, the Coach in Training will learn the GOLFTEC coaching methodology, biomechanics-based instruction, and the systems that power the world's largest provider of golf improvement. During the training period, the CIT will shadow lessons, assist with center operations, and support the customer experience, while developing the skills required to become a Certified GOLFTEC Coach. Successful candidates will typically transition into a full-time coaching role within 3-6 months, pending completion of training and approval from the Director of Education.
