Traffic Controller, Singapore

Oversee daily lorry operations, including assignment of delivery and collection tasks to drivers. Preparation of necessary documents for collection and/or delivery of cargo. And follow up and update customer on any foreseen delay due to any reason. Issue invoices for lorry related orders. Manage trip incentives for lorry drivers. Manage all driver passes (lorry and prime mover), schedule safety training, and coordinate with HR for safety course bookings. Manage vehicle parking, maintenance, repair and tyre-related invoices. Maintain driver's claims and record in the excel, such as DHC/Safety shoe and the equipments that driver collected from workshop. Assist the manager with audits, safety compliance, and related documentation. Conduct in-house safety training for new drivers. Respond to driver-related matters outside of office hours when required. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Logistic knowledge preferred. Positive learning attitude, training will be provided.
