My client is an A1 Main Contractor specialising in building / residential projects. about the job Arrange for architectural trade demonstration for consultant's approval Arrange for testing of architectural materials Develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule Monitor consultant's design progress as per submission/ detail design schedule agreed Work with BIM modeller/drafter on shop drawings preparation Manage the project's design coordination works Lead architecture design development skills & experience required Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Min 4 years of experience in building / residential projects Work in A1 Main contractor Able to commence immediate or within short notice period Able to commit to 6 work day / week (Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm (1 Sat off per month) If you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs to yitwei.kwan(@)randstad.com.sg Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
