Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain proper filing and records of all purchase orders.
Manage office supplies, including ordering, replenishment, and inventory control.
Provide administrative support to the Engineering Admin team.
Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements
GCE 'O' / 'A' Level or Diploma qualification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
