Product Executive (Manufacturing), Singapore

Key Responsibilities
Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications to support product definition Design and develop product concepts, prototypes, and validation tests using SolidWorks and other CAD tools Work closely with solution and software teams to ensure seamless integration across mechanical, electrical, and software components Participate in design reviews and system testing to ensure overall functionality, firmware integration, and user experience Conduct functional, reliability, and compliance testing identify issues and drive resolution during validation and field trials Assess manufacturability, cost, and assembly processes, applying DFM/DFA principles to optimise production efficiency Collaborate with suppliers and production teams during pilot builds and manufacturing ramp-up to ensure quality and readiness Maintain comprehensive documentation including design specifications, BOMs, technical drawings, test reports, and change logs Monitor product performance post-launch, analyse field data, and implement continuous improvements Keep up to date with emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods, and contribute ideas for product innovation Provide on-site engineering support during product deployment, field testing, and troubleshooting Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Product Engineering, or a related field 2-5 years of relevant experience in product design, engineering, or development Experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly alongside software or IT solution teams Proficient in CAD modelling and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Interested candidates can forward their CVs in MS Word format to
