Job title: Fund Operations Executive (Investments) (Job ID: 20232) - CK Location : Central Basic up to $7000 basic + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities: . Assist in back-office operations including but not limited to: . Perform trade position and PL reconciliation . Update PO and IPO . Prepare NAV repor . Generate estimated NAV . Perform checks on stock borrow, large shareholding, short position . Prepare FX hedge rollover or adjustment . Assist in administrative matters including but not limited to: . Expenses claims preparation . Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director . Any other administrative matters Requirements: . Diploma and above . Minimum 1 year of working experience . Prefer experience in back-office operations at fund management company. . Good understanding of stocks and shares . Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) application
