Product Experience & Innovation Insights Researcher, Singapore

Job Summary We seek a curious 'Frontier Trend Sensor' and 'Product Experience Explorer' passionate about FinTech, AI, and Web3. You will track, test, and analyze frontier products and market trends to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and product innovation. Responsibilities Continuously test and analyze frontier products such as Digital Banks, AI Advisors, CEX/DEX platforms, DeFi Protocols, and Smart Contract Tools to identify user experience strengths and weaknesses. Use AI tools to draft detailed experience reports outlining interaction flows, core advantages, pain points, and competitive comparisons to inform product development. Monitor industry media, social channels (Twitter/X, Discord), and Key Opinion Leaders to gather timely market intelligence. Summarize and distill key market content into daily and weekly digests to keep the team aligned with the latest trends and developments. Conduct rapid fundamental analysis of emerging projects and technologies, evaluating product models, team backgrounds, technical features, and community sentiment to support preliminary screening. Collect and synthesize data tailored to specific strategic needs such as investment assessments and product feature discussions, assisting in preparing insightful internal briefings. Required competencies and certifications Strong interest in and foundational understanding of FinTech, AI, and Web3 technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning. Proficient in English and Chinese (Written and Spoken) to coordinate with internal Chinese-speaking teams. You must be able to read English industry materials, technical documentation, and community discussions without barriers, and summarize them accurately in writing. Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve information organization, data analysis, and content creation. Excellent communication skills to clearly report insights and results. Demonstrated initiative, rapid learning ability, and sharp analytical insight. Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience as a 'Power User' of FinTech, AI, or Web3 technologies is a significant advantage. Other Information This is a junior/entry-level role open to fresh graduates. No prior work experience is required.
