Job Summary We are seeking a Restaurant Cook to prepare and cook Chinese dishes, maintain food quality standards, ensure kitchen hygiene, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to company standards Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation are maintained Handle food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently Monitor food ingredients and inventory levels Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines Support daily kitchen activities and coordinate with team members Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required Preferred Competencies and Qualifications Knowledge of Chinese food preparation and kitchen operations preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills
