Responsibilities
  • Category Strategy & Business Ownership – Support the definition and deployment of the regional product strategy for the assigned category, acting as the performance owner for sales, growth drivers, and product mix optimization. Identify business opportunities and risks, develop category‑specific action plans, and drive turnover and productivity across the network.
  • Merchandising Excellence & Assortment Optimization – Lead the merchandising strategy at the regional level, ensuring optimal assortment across markets and networks. Coordinate stock efficiency, allocation logic, and monitor stock levels, rotations, and aging to shift from passive to active merchandising management. Manage key cycles such as novelties forecasting, buy‑in sessions, and allocation recommendations.
  • Product Launch & Go‑to‑Market Strategy – Align and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for new product introductions, coordinating cross‑market launches based on local agendas, consolidating launch opportunities, and ensuring 360° execution across all touchpoints and markets.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights – Act as the category data expert, delivering in‑depth performance analysis, consolidating KPIs, and providing data‑driven recommendations. Track targets, develop corrective action plans, analyze pricing positioning and sell‑through, and collaborate with Commercial & Supply Chain teams for qualitative insights.
  • Regional & Cross‑functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Communication, Client & Strategic Planning teams within SEAO and HQ, supporting transformation projects such as Sales Forecasting, Pricing Intelligence, Smart Allocation, Launch KPI Framework, and Real‑Time Dashboards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in merchandising, with a proven track record of developing and integrating product and merchandising strategies across multiple markets, and a solid understanding of stock management, assortment strategy, and retail performance levers.
  • Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, structured, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights (experience in Looker is an advantage).
  • Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to own a category and drive initiatives end‑to‑end.
  • Collaborative and influential, with strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively within a matrix organization, negotiating and building consensus across diverse teams.
  • Travel required (up to 10%), subject to the annual event calendar.
