Payroll Specialist (APAC) #FR (6 months), Singapore

Your new company A Financial Services organisation is looking for payroll support Your new role Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll/HR administration providers to ensure seamless and compliant service delivery. Oversee monthly payroll input and approval processes, verifying accuracy of data before submission to the vendor. Coordinate employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, etc.) by managing vendor instructions and internal documentation. Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, escalating issues when needed to Legal or external counsel. APAC experience - coverage Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia. Advantageous to have UK, Netherlands, Brazil and US. Maintain accurate employee records and reports, coordinating updates across internal systems and vendor platforms.
