We are seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales Service Centre team at EXTRA SPACE SINGAPORE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. As part of our full-time sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth for our self-storage solutions. This role is based in our Boon Keng Central Region office.

What you'll be doing

Responding to inbound sales enquiries and converting leads into customers

Providing outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process

Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable self-storage solutions

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Contributing to the overall sales and revenue goals of the business

Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role, preferably in the self-storage or related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and queries effectively

Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm, Alternate Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm
