Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, responding to client enquiries, and general administrative tasks. Assist doctor during procedures including pre-treatment (eg, facial cleansing and application of numbing cream), during treatment, and post-treatment care. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and clinic premises. Handle inventory, including stock-taking and replenishment of products. Requirements: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in aesthetics is an advantage. Fast learner with a willingness to learn. Work Arrangement: 3 - 4 days per week. Flexible working hours.
