Senior Process Development Engineer (Dry Etch), Singapore

THE COMPANY Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence regionally. They are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Technology Leader.
THE ROLE The Senior Process Development Engineer is responsible for:
Lead development and optimization of dry etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, integration) to improve yield, throughput, and reliability. Define process parameters, conduct experiments, and analyze data to achieve performance targets. Troubleshoot complex process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and cycle time enhancement. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in dry etch process engineering within the semiconductor industry. Strong knowledge of etch equipment, process chemistry, and advanced node technologies.
