Physiotherapist | Elder Care Centre, Singapore

Plan and deliver physiotherapy rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist. Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team. Provide individual and group therapy in centre-based, community, and home settings. Train caregivers and staff on safe mobility practices and functional support techniques. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure holistic care planning. Access to supervision, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities Exposure to diverse cases across physical, neurological, intellectual, and sensory disabilities. Job Requirements Degree in Physiotherapy Full registration with APHC At least 3 years of working experience in Geriatric Care Check out for more details
