Senior Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding, Singapore

Allied Container Line Pte Ltd, a top NVOCC company based in Singapore, is looking for a Business Development Manager with solid experience in Shipping and Logistics. The role focuses on expanding Freight Forwarding Sales and Strengthening the company's NVOCC business network across South East Asia, China, India, and the Middle East.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services
• Promote Sea Freight, Import/Export, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Transportation Solutions
• A strong client account is required to begin business development as plug & play.
• Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate rates with customers and vendors.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and pending quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Industry.
• Strong knowledge of International Shipping Procedures and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of customs regulations and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
