We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate, Accounting Services to manage a portfolio of clients independently. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality accounting and bookkeeping services while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines. Associate, Accounting Services Job Description: Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including handling of bank payments, preparation of sales invoices, data entry in accounting software, preparation of management accounts, financial statements and GST returns Manage a portfolio of clients independently Ensure that all reporting and compliance deadlines are met Collaboration with other functions within the company and across offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence Requirements: Poly Diploma, Degree or professional accounting qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience Knowledge of SFRS and the ability to translate this to practice A meticulous and organised individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team Analytical and communicative Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines Skilled in using Microsoft Office, familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks is an advantage
