Job Summary You will develop and optimize digital marketing campaigns, manage social media and website content, and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and SEO/SEM to drive measurable engagement and conversions Manage company social media accounts and website by creating and publishing engaging visual and written content that aligns with brand strategy Identify, engage, and manage collaborations with KOLs and influencers to increase brand awareness and reach target audiences Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to extract market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights for continuous improvement Propose new digital marketing strategies based on current trends and data analysis to maintain competitive advantage Support brand-building and promotional activities through coordinated online and offline initiatives to strengthen market presence Maintain up-to-date knowledge of online marketing and social media trends to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and effective Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience of 1-3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer engagement (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome) Proficient knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Wordpress, Wix, or similar platforms Skilled in design and content creation tools such as Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent for producing visual and video content Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills demonstrated through campaign development and execution Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Other Information Location: East, easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday Job Highlights: Work-life balance and friendly workplace culture Comprehensive medical and surgery benefits Commitment to a safe working environment
