Sales Manager (Ethical Sales, Pharmaceutical/ Medical)
Responsible for business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office (Ethical Team) with a focus on driving sales growth, ensuring efficient daily operations, and working closely with the Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales growth initiatives for Ethical products, including direct management of the Ethical Group. Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve results. Foster effective coordination and collaboration among team members. Support budgeting, cost management, and initiatives to enhance profitability. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director in Malaysia.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with primary focus on Ethical Sales Proven expertise in sales and business management. Experience in the generic drug sector is an advantage. Comfortable working hands-on in a small team environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
