Your key responsibilities are: Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies. Upholds hospital nursing standards in documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control. Keeps Senior Nurse Manager/ Nurse Manager / Doctor informed on patient's condition, treatment/ intervention and outcome. Takes active measures to ensure the safety of patients. Report all occurrence incidents to Ward or Senior Nurse Manager / Nurse Manager-on-Call Works cooperatively with other Hospital Departments to provide holistic patient care. Ensures accurate billing procedures. Able to provide patient care with the rest of the team members. Comfortable to work for
6 days work week
- Monday to Saturday
(am/pm shift) and to do on-call. Sunday & PH = Off. Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license. Highlights Shuttle bus services from Bishan and Caldecott MRT. Subsided staff meals. Course sponsorship for career advancement/ progression.
