Site Engineer (Civil / Infrastructure Projects), Singapore

About: This role will be responsible for site coordination, construction supervision, and ensuring works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and monitor site activities in line with the master and detailed work programme Oversee daily construction works and ensure progress meets project timeline and quality standards Liaise with Professional Engineer (PE) on temporary works and technical matters Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues Prepare method statements, reports, and relevant technical documentation Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site cleanliness Monitor workforce productivity and provide guidance to supervisors and workers Identify and resolve engineering and technical issues promptly Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, or related field 3-6 years of relevant experience in construction / infrastructure projects Good knowledge of site coordination, construction methods, and safety standards Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced site environment
