• Identify and engage prospective partners aligned with programme objectives
• Lead partnership discussions from initial outreach through to deal closure
• Clearly articulate commercial and strategic value propositions to stakeholders
• Support onboarding, relationship management, and delivery of partner commitments
• Prepare presentations, case studies, and reports for internal and external use
• Track partnership pipelines, activities, and outcomes using CRM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sustainability teams

A successful Senior Partnership Advisor should have:

• Degree or diploma in maritime studies, business, or a related discipline
• More than 5 years of experience within the maritime industry
• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or consultative sales
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships independently
• Demonstrated capability to open, progress, and close commercial agreements
• High level of organisation, research capability, and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
