Roles & Responsibilities Duties (Supporting Local & Overseas)) Customer Support
Invoices , Delivery Orders, Proforma Invoice, Packing list, Goods return note & Acknowledge form for delivery arrangement. Cash Sales (walk in customer/whatapps) & Espace Order. Follow up customer enquiry& delivery status (phone/email/chats) Prepare quotation Posting MAC DO to SAGE System monthly Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Purchase goods (INTEREL Project materials, Keycards and etc.) Identifies cost saving opportunities Forecast demand and manage inventory level Posting RCP to SAFE System monthly Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Plan shipment and delivery schedules Communicate with suppliers, forwarders and customers - point of contact Manage dispatch and receiving operations Load & unloads goods Pick and pack goods for customer orders Ensure proper inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in related fields At least 1 year of administrative, warehouse, or storekeeping experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organizational and communication skills Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced air-con environment Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn Experience in construction, engineering, or hospitality-related industries will be an added advantage
