RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse Giving.sg data (campaigns, donations, volunteer opportunities) to generate insights Support development of CRM dashboards (Excel / Power BI where applicable) Assist in planning and execution of events (logistics, coordination, stakeholder support) Support preparation of reports, decks and presentations for internal stakeholders Provide operational support for CRM initiatives and cross-team projects Assist Account Managers with data preparation and engagement tracking QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma / Undergraduate students
Preferred fields: Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assignments Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment OTHER INFORMATION
