Logistics / Supply Chain Coordinator (Manufacturer / High …, Singapore

Job Responsibilities: Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
May be required to travel on case-by-case basis
Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
Job Requirements: Must have knowledge and
experience in using incoterms
Experience issuing/generating
high volume of Purchase Orders (POs)
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge for generation of POs is advantageous
Must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
