acrossprotection, wealth accumulation, investments, and retirement planning forindividual and corporate clients. This position is suitable for: Fresh Graduates
(Just graduated or graduating Apr-Jun 2026) Career Switchers / PMETs Executives & Professionals from adjacent industries
(Sales, Marketing, Events, Client Servicing) Existing insurance or investment agents
seeking better systems, support, and career progression
Key Responsibilities Conduct fact-finding to understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and cash flow Recommend suitable solutions across: Insurance & Protection Planning Investment & Wealth Accumulation Retirement & Legacy Planning Corporate & Treasury Solutions (where applicable) Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and portfolio updates Maintain proper documentation and adhere strictly to compliance and governance standards Participate in structured training, accountability sessions, and advisory workshops
What We Are Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-minded with a focus on
sustainable, long-term profitability Self-motivated, disciplined, and determined Comfortable working with both
warm markets and cold markets Ethical mindset with strong compliance awareness
Training & Support 7-days Structured Onboarding Training First licensing exam fully reimbursed Training workshops and systems such as Advisor Cards system provided Telemarketing & recruitment scripts support Dedicated leadership support - resources are channelled to advisors who need help and are serious about growth
Remuneration & Benefits Monthly Support Allowance: $3,000 for up to 12 months Increase in 2 to 3X for income compensation for existing financial agents Reimbursement for exams Free laptop provided Up to 30 days Leave System Performance-based commissions & bonuses Open advertisement leads provided
