1. Job Functions: Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity. Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving donor engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. Manage daily social media posts across all social media platforms. Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner. Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Meta Business Suite, Asana, Trello to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence, marketing management and performance. Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media. Capture high-quality photos and videos to create visually appealing digital media content. Editing photos and videos to align with the company's brand and marketing strategies. Create graphics and visuals for social media, website, and other digital platforms. Develop and implement design concepts for various digital media projects, ensuring a cohesive look and feel. Plan and execute social media campaigns that incorporate multimedia elements, such as photo shoots and video productions. Utilize design software and tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc to create engaging multimedia content. Staying current with digital media trends and technologies to continuously improve content quality and engagement. 2. Candidate Requirements Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Arts, Communications & Public Relations 2 years of relevant working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders of all levels across the organisation Conscientious and meticulous with organisational skills.
